MY PROCESS
When I paint with oils- it completely frees me. There is a place of creative expression where no time exists. It puts me in the moment. I am always amazed at the energy that pops through from the other side onto the canvas. Sometimes faces, animals and other worldly scenes appear. I first noticed this when I painted a scene on the night before Sept. 11th. A lovely Angel appeared in the middle of the painting. Since then I have opened to the mediumship of painting. I feel painting is a form of healing and we are all artists. Whether creating our day, life or career, the full freedom to express ourselves is the key to our happiness.
